What You'll Do

As part of our team, you'll be at the heart of our business-building relationships, driving growth, and making an impact. Your main duties will be to:

🔹Support Lending Team: Develop and organize loan applicant information for review and analysis by loan officers. Input pertinent loan data into the credit delivery system.

🔹Collaborate with Loan Processing: Assist with the closing of loans by ensuring loan documents are accurate and file is complete.

🔹Maintain Loan Portfolio: Payment processing, servicing, and customer relations.

🔹Ensure ongoing Association compliance with Farm Credit Bank of Texas (FCBT) and Association Techology and security standards.

🔹 Perform additional duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

We want compliance-minded, analytical individuals who are ready to hit the ground running! If you have:

✅Zero to two years of experience in Loan Support Operations.

✅General knowledge of accounting/financial systems.

✅General knowledge of office equipment and systems used for storage and retrieval of business information.

✅General knowledge of standard records management and file classification practices.

✅General knowledge of title insurance, crop insurance and credit life insurance documentation.

✅Specialized knowledge of written correspondence principles. Skill in oral and written communication.

✅ Basic software skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ability to quickly learn new software systems.

✅ Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

✅ Ability to exercise sound judgement, use discretion and maintain confidentiality.

✅Must have an acceptable record, valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
