About the role:
As an Appraiser Trainee for our fast-paced appraisal department, you will work in a training program that focuses on learning to perform complete appraisals in compliance with USPAP and association collateral evaluation standards on properties. You will work under close supervision.

Day-to-day, you will:
- assist senior-level appraisal staff with collateral evaluations performed in compliance with district and association collateral evaluation standards and procedures on properties and other collateral throughout the association's territory.
- assist with preparation of collateral evaluation reports and all related correspondence.
- attend professional educational courses as directed and document work experience as required by the state.
Your qualifications:
- Associates degree in Business Administration, Agricultural Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Must be on track to attain "trainee" status with the state's Real Estate Appraiser Board for growth toward eventual General Real Estate Appraiser Certification upon meeting the board's education and experience requirements.
